Triple Crème du Village de Warwick
Pasteurized cow milk
Groupes Fromages Côté (small industrial)

This decadent bloomy little cheese has far more flavour Triple Crème du Village de Warwickthan most triple crèmes. Fragrant with brown mushroom and melted butter aromas, the paste is tangy and salty and melts to a lengthy finish. Triple Crème du Village makes an ideal focal point for the cheese board.

Victor et Berthold
Raw cow milk
Fromagerie du Champ à la Meule (artisan)

This semi-firm washed rind cheese is named after the Victor et Bertholdcheese maker’s grandfather and uncle, who farmed the same rich dairy land where Martin Guilbault has established his fromagerie. Victor et Berthold has complex, herbal and leathery aromas, and tangy flavours of straw and nuts. Walnuts and apple cider suit its bittersweet nature perfectly.

Zurigo
Pasteurized cow milk
Fritz Kaiser (small industrial)

This lower-fat (15%) cheese is impressively tasty and Zurigopleasantly textured, rising well above the competition in that typically disappointing category. Enjoy Zurigo’s fruity tang and salty, buttery flavour in sandwiches or on the cheese board.
