Cheese maker David Wood’s Blue Juliette is a soft little discBlue Juliette with some similarity to Camembert, although made of goat milk, and with an intentionally mouldy blue-grey exterior. Pleasantly rustic in appearance, Blue Juliette smells and tastes of mushrooms, and has a piquant edge, especially at the rind.

Cheese maker David Wood’s homespun, rosemary Juliettegarnished little cheese looks a bit like Camembert, but smells and tastes much more delicate. Mild floral and white mushroom aromas introduce a tender, sweet and buttery paste that is delicious alongside a salad at lunch, or with croissants and preserves at brunch.
